Free Delivery & Collection
For all UK orders, we offer free insured delivery with Royal Mail Special Delivery, with a next day service from the date the parcel is shipped. All parcels require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured until they are signed for.
If, for any reason, your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the local sorting office. You will need to provide identification to pick up your order at this stage.
Leeds City Centre collection
Any item purchased can be collected from our Leodis Diamonds Leeds City Centre location with a prearranged appointment.
Your order
Most of our products are made to order by our expert craftspeople, enabling us to pass on the savings directly to you. We make your chosen jewellery to order. This usually takes between 2-3 working weeks and 3-4 working weeks for bespoke items. Ready-to-wear jewellery is ready to be shipped and will be with you in 2-3 working days. Once your product has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your order.
All our products are individually labelled with a specific delivery time given on product pages.
Tracking your order
Updates regarding your order should be available approximately 1 weeks after it is placed. Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to check the status of your delivery. If you have any issues regarding tracking your order, please email us at contact@leodisdiamonds.co.uk so we can look into this for you.
If a delay in your delivery should occur, we will keep you updated on your order's status and provide a new delivery date. We will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer due to late delivery or cancellation of your order.
Delivering to an alternative address
If for any reason you wish to have your product delivered to an alternative address to your billing address, we require the following information from you:
- A copy of the payment card holder’s photo ID - passport or driving license is recommended.
- A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement, dated within the last 3 months, to verify your billing address.
